I’m in Greece visiting D.’s family for the holiday. I have another post draft started in my head, but today I’m posting something that’s purely for fun.
Greece is home to many stray cats. Although, sadly they’re everywhere, thankfully, there seem to be cat people in most neighborhoods who tend to the different flocks and provide fresh water and food, even sometimes shelter.
I thought I’d share some cat sightings grouped by themes. Hope you enjoy.
Cats and Antiquities
Cats Training Their People Well
Cats on Cars
Cats on a Beach
Hope you enjoyed a little glimpse of kitty life in Greece.
(* To dog lovers out there, I would love to give equal time to dogs, but they’re just not as easy to snap.)
Wonderful shots of cats – I can’t limit it to one favorite photo. I do enjoy the cats waiting to be fed in the restaurant. They all look well cared for. We had to have the neighbor stopped from feeding the local stray since they were not neutered, and we were being overrun. The township fine of a $1,000 was enough to stop her. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas in Greece!
Thanks, Marlene, as you can see, I had a hard time picking my favorites as well. Happy New Year!
These are the most adorable pictures and captions! 💕
Thanks, Julie! Sending you love!

Suzanne you make me laugh.
I’m very glad to hear that. Happy New Year, Kathy. Sending you love.
